Family-run business. Very competent and friendly. I've never been disappointed in all these years. The replacement car is free (you only have to pay for the gas). The work is always done quickly, well, and exactly as agreed. In the event of unexpected repairs, I've always been informed immediately and given good advice. They don't leave you in the lurch in urgent situations. The invoices are detailed, and the price is fair.
We were there to install a solar system in our motorhome. After a brief consultation on site, Mr. Ruckstuhl recommended a better option with two gel batteries. At the same time, he offered to upgrade our analog Truma heater controls to CP Plus. We were pleasantly surprised by how practical and cost-effective the work was!
