I was trying to sell a caravan that had flooded inside like it had been swamped. The toilet wall had been removed, so you'd have to sleep with the toilet bowl on. If you'd bought the caravan, you'd have been in for a shock. I specifically asked if it had hail damage, and they said no, not at the moment. But upon arrival, it had hail damage. Some of the beds had been dismantled and were no longer there. On the phone, they claimed the caravan was very well-maintained. Beware if the caravan is in a warehouse! It's a dumping ground, nothing reputable.
