We had our camping table covered with a protective film. The first four pictures show how I received it back the first time, the others after the second time (after I complained and Mr. Schoch neither apologized nor offered a reasonable explanation). The air bubbles on the tabletop that I had complained about were apparently just made worse by drilling more holes. He wrote that he had ordered new film, which is clearly not true. After Mr. Schoch wrote to me claiming that I had supposedly damaged the table myself, that he had allegedly said from the beginning it wouldn't work (which he didn't write, only that it would be difficult), and after I pointed out that it wasn't properly wrapped when I picked it up, the owner is now completely unresponsive. I am not satisfied with the service.
