I asked for them to fix my toilet that was leaking. During this repair they damaged the toilet even further. I called over 10-15 times to get through but nobody picks up. I also tried via WhatsApp where I had some response and then it just stopped. In the end I had to go with another plumber and now my problem is a lot bigger than it was when I initially started.
