Schlecht Kunden Service.Very rude man they don’t inform that they are closing and they just switch off the lights and i asked them to pay my stuff they straight way said no and i ask them to let me take my stuff what i left somewhere in store they didn’t allowed me to find my papers. He rudely said we go you can stay here.

What a helpful branch – excellent service! They corrected a mistake I made in Heimberg. The manager immediately understood the issue and personally took care of it on Sunday. I highly recommend this branch! Many thanks again for the incredibly easy and straightforward service.

The item was ordered for me and I was able to pick it up after a few days. The Swiss staff was very friendly and accommodating. The next time, I had a foreign employee who was very timid and unsure, including his German skills.
