We had avery nice and comfortable stay at Chalet Simmi. The location is excelent for tours of Thun lake and a short drive about 30 min to Murren, Wengen and 20 min to Simental valey. We were able to tour all these beautiful places during our 5 days stay at the Chalet. The Chalet is convinietly close to 2 supermarkets where you can find whatever you need for any meal one wishes to cook. The house itself is very nice , lots of space and very clean. The bedrooms are big and very comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and the shower is outstanding. The kitchen is very well equiped with all what is needed to prepare any meal. The entier house is very nicely designed and one can feel the attention and good taste in all design details. Gabriele the owner of this place is a very nice friendly worm and kind person.We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon to this welcoming comfortable place. Thanks Gabriele , hope to meet you again in the near future.
A dream! ☺️🫶🏻 I've rarely slept as well as I did in Chalet Simmi. The bed was incredibly soft, and the linens were just as high-quality as the rest of the chalet's furnishings. We lacked nothing. 😊 A place with rustic charm and modern amenities. 🏠🏔 It was spotlessly clean, smelled wonderfully of Swiss pine and lemongrass, and we immediately felt at home. ☺️ I was particularly taken with the tiled stove in the living room and the nostalgic stove in the kitchen. You could warm yourself up in them and listen to the crackling fire. 🔥 Everything was decorated with a lovely Christmas theme and attention to detail, instantly putting you in the festive spirit. 🎄 We received a very warm welcome with a delicious raclette and had a wonderful time chatting with our lovely hosts, Gabriele and Othmar. 🙏 Time flew by far too quickly. We'd love to come back again. 😉 PS: The chalet is even more beautiful in person than any photos could ever capture! 🫶🏻
This beautiful chalet combines historic charm with modern-day comforts. Excursions to Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Gstaad, Bern, and much more can be easily planned from here, whether to the magnificent ski resorts in winter or to the mountains and lakes in summer. Time out - leisure - quality time - in the Bernese Oberland
