Our detached house in Neerach, built in the 1970s, needed a new roof and an extension. The asbestos slate tiles were brittle, and space was limited. We had two other companies in the running, but ultimately chose Stutz Holzbau, a family-run business from Winkel. We were very impressed with their detailed analysis of the existing structure. The thorough project planning, with its numerous excellent suggestions, the structural calculations, and the coordination with the building authority, all impressed us greatly. Even the asbestos removal and disposal, carried out according to SUVA standards, was handled entirely by them. The entire process ran smoothly, without any interruptions, and we were regularly informed about the progress of the construction. The final result is simply perfect and exceeded our expectations.
