I was very impressed with the "Topshop" petrol station in Wolhusen. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the prices fair. I was particularly impressed by the wide selection of Balkan products. It was wonderful to find authentic regional specialties. I can therefore highly recommend the "Topshop" petrol station.
Absolutely not customer-friendly... I was in the shop, had coffee, mineral water, and sandwiches. At 7:30 p.m., someone was cleaning the floor around me. I asked if they were closing. The young man replied that they closed at 9:00 p.m., but he wanted to clean the floor. I just had to leave quickly so he could clean, and then I could sit down again. Sorry, that's unacceptable... If he had done that at 8:30 p.m., I wouldn't have said anything. After a long day, I would have just been happy to sit in peace and finish my drink.
The shop has everything you need. There's a café with seating. The staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Ms. Blakaj is always friendly, cheerful, and competent. Keep it up!
Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly. After a long day, it's really disappointing to experience something like that.
