Despite the order being placed and his verbal commitment to the work, nothing came of it. I tried to contact Mr. Rast for almost a year, via phone, WhatsApp, voicemail, his wife, etc., to no avail. Unbelievable! I've since hired another carpenter! Never again. I wanted to give him a chance, even though I hadn't heard much good about his work from others either.
