Disabling servers for your products to make them obsolete is not good business practice. Review your decision to turn off the Neato cloud or at least open source your API and firmware so the community can keep using your products.
If you are looking for longevity in your tech, stay away from Vorwerk. Their handling of the Neato acquisition is a masterclass in how to screw over a customer base. The Lie: They promised a 5-year support lifecycle for Neato bots. The Reality: They killed cloud support in under 2 years. The Result: Perfectly good hardware is now functionally useless because Vorwerk shut off the brain. This experience has taught me to never trust Vorwerk's ecosystem again. Go with Roborock, Dreame, or any brand that allows for local control/Home Assistant integration so a corporate decision can't brick your hardware.
The worst experience ever!!!! My order from 24.07.23 has been cancelled by the company's employee without informing me without informing me, since she made a mistake . the whole ordering process is the poorest and customer service is awful and unreliable. Instead ofcorrecting their mistake , they would not even answer my emails and phone calls. Now, regretfully I have to see that the appliance is already no more more available.
I bought an extra mixing pot (only pot, no blade or cover etc) for my TM6 for CHF179, and 2 biz days later they launched a promotion for the entire pot set (plus blade and cover) at CHF199. I requested to upgrade my purchase and they refused to let me, I would have to buy another mixing pot set again to enjoy the promotion, which means I would have THREE pots. And I had just spent CHF1599 on a brand new Thermomix TM6 just 2 months prior. Would have appreciated more effort to resolve the situation.
This is Thermomix taking payment for automatic renewals in Australia - $69 Confusing name on bank account made me think it was fraudulent.
