As much as I appreciate that Biomilk offers yogurt in glass jars, the product quality leaves much to be desired. Sometimes the yogurt is watery, other times so slimy it's almost disgusting, and sometimes it's set, but the creamy part separates and sits on top. It's rare that the yogurt in the 500g jar has a consistent consistency, either set or at least with all the ingredients well mixed. I complained about this directly on the Biomilk website – but I never received a reply. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept to this company. As you can see from the Google reviews here, where not a single one has been answered by the company. In any case, I'm drawing my own conclusions and will be buying my yogurt from a different supplier in the future.
The products are good. The milk carton advertises environmental protection and short transport routes – and then the packaging is made in southern Italy. That doesn't quite add up.
I don't understand why they advertise milk that's supposed to be as natural and "unstressed" as possible. If you look closely at the packaging, for example, the sheep's milk is homogenized. So what's the added value compared to other milk? Why should I buy this particular organic milk in a "specialty" shop instead of the more conventional organic milk in a supermarket?
What used to be the chäsi Worb is now organic milk...but nothing works here anymore. Orders never arrive, and the phone calls are rude—impossible! We'll definitely never order anything from here again!
Highly recommended! Great products, friendly service, completely satisfied.
High-quality, locally sourced products. Highly recommended! :)
