Dear Bautec, as a private homeowner, choosing the right general contractor isn't easy. Bautec impressed me with their calm and professional advice. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. After a year in our new home, we're still very happy with their work. The quality is excellent! We had fantastic tradespeople and companies on the construction site. You can tell that Bautec often works with the same companies and doesn't just award the contracts to the absolute cheapest bidder. The companies involved in the construction know each other and communicate directly. A general contractor agreement has many clauses, and the general contractor protects themselves with them. Bautec never exploited this in any way, but always communicated very fairly with us and billed for additional work (which only arose from our change requests) very transparently and fairly. We can therefore recommend Bautec with a clear conscience. Lukas PS: Nevertheless, there are things you could do better. But overall, I'm sure I was lucky to have chosen you and not another general contractor.
