Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. During a contract to raise a garden wall, several serious problems arose: boundary marker stones were set in concrete, the wall was built at an illegal height relative to the street, and later had to be partially shortened. During the dismantling process, concrete debris was buried in the garden, damaging utility lines. None of these defects or damages were fully rectified by the contractor. Despite clear responsibility, the cleanup was neither carried out properly nor was the resulting utility damage addressed. The company's business practices were particularly problematic: An initially agreed-upon amount of CHF 10,000 was correctly invoiced. However, subsequent payment reminders for an additional CHF 21,000 were sent to a private individual who was never a party to the contract and had no direct contact with the company. Simultaneously, there was a massive build-up of pressure and threats instead of a constructive resolution. The experience was very stressful overall, and we strongly advise you to carefully examine the terms of service, responsibilities, and legal framework at this company.
