Ordered three products (all same model, different colors); first product was delivered within a week, and the other two were not delivered until 5 weeks later. No tracking info is provided, so you have to continuously call the customer service to get tracking info. I was given multiple delivery dates, and still nothing came until weeks later. Customer service was always very polite and helpful however. The products themselves chipped very easily; one came with some damage on the inside of the glass. Color and look are appealing - if they last!

Very good and competent company. If you order something and select delivery within 24 hours, it almost always arrives within 24 hours. Customer support and staff are very friendly and professional. The company is an excellent, reliable office supplies supplier for businesses. PS: The Sugus are always good.

Totally terrible company, just a show. I ordered a SAMSUNG SSD Portable T7 1TB, received immediate payment via TWINT, and after waiting over two weeks, this company says: "Unfortunately, we must inform you that the item you ordered, '19001729 SAMSUNG SSD Portable T7 1TB, blue,' is sold out due to high demand." Why nothing? After receiving a high order, why not remove it from the website immediately? 🥵🥵🥵 I ordered for my son (for his apprenticeship)))) I received immediate payment 👿👿👿👿 Why isn't anything being done? Why not an immediate refund? Is this an amateur company or what?! And they offer vouchers for €15 off purchases of €100? Vouchers are vouchers!!! No matter how many I buy!!!!! Someday you'll do a professional job!!!!!!
