Full of hope from private users to SME business customers. Cold shower the technicians can not help the customer (miscellaneous). Problems with static port forwarding and again DNS server problems a software / hardware engineer Fred Beckhusen from Texas found the solution. Once more Swisscom DNS server failure. We IT call it orphaned IP's it seems there is a lack of knowledgeable staff for our good money. Not for the first time Swisscom annoys. KMU changes to other DNS servers in the CB2. See Google free DNS servers. Swisscom is having a blast with the new Center Software. Thank you very much Fred Bechhusen for your solution. We are very Thankful.
