So we wanted to replace our heat pump, and we bravely opted for a Panasonic. We quickly found a partner: Monty Gebäudetechnik, and the person behind it: Björn Swoboda. What he did was absolutely fantastic, or as we say in Bernese German: simply superb. Having such a top-notch craftsman is a real gift. The installation is craftsmanship at its finest. The old cast iron drainpipes had to be replaced with new ones. After an on-site inspection, Björn Swoboda was able to assess the situation very well and prepare much of the work in advance, allowing the work to be carried out extremely quickly and precisely. Compared to a competitor's quote, the work took only about half the time and cost half the price. The new pipes are of good quality and were installed securely. Mr. Swoboda also gave us an assessment of the underground pipes and was able to recommend a good company for another project. We sincerely thank him for the work, which was carried out to our complete satisfaction, and wish the young company all the best for the future!
