Giovanni makes knives of exceptional quality. They passed the stress test with flying colors: I cut frozen bacon, and the blade sliced through it like butter under pressure. Impressive craftsmanship.

What I especially love is that he used materials that mean a lot to me: iron from an old wagon wheel from our house, parts of an old piano that used to be in our home, and wood from a beloved vacation spot.
