Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with Küng Buchhaltung. We were experiencing various issues with our accounting, which is why Küng Treuhand applied to take over the accounting and tax consulting for our company. After more than nine months of reviewing our accounting, they informed us that they were unable to handle our accounting due to the irregular accounting. During these nine months, they had already received a substantial advance payment from us. After we terminated our collaboration, we politely asked them to refund the advance payment or prepare a proper final statement. After more than six months, we have neither received the money nor the statement. In summary, Küng Treuhand is not a professional company.
