Broken promises and shoddy workmanship: The damage to my roof was caused by faulty installation of the panels by Bucher Künzli. During the on-site visit, I was promised that part of the repair costs would be covered as a goodwill gesture. However, after completion, I received the full bill – without any goodwill. When I inquired, they suddenly denied having made the promise. Instead of a fair solution, I received only a token discount. Lack of responsibility, broken promises, and no transparency – not recommended.

Title: Bad Experience with Roofing Company - Massive Leaks and Unfriendliness As a resident of Lindenweg 3 in Zell, I would like to share my experience with the roofing company I hired to repair my garage. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The roofing company proved to be extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Despite their assurances and promises, their work resulted in massive construction defects. After only a year and a half, the leaks in my garage are still present and causing significant problems. The dripping is so severe that it has caused personal damage amounting to €8,000-€10,000. Not only that, but the company constantly tries to evade responsibility instead of properly resolving the problems. Their unwillingness to take responsibility makes the situation even worse and demonstrates their lack of professionalism. Overall, my experience with this roofing company was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. It is important that other potential customers are warned about this company's poor services and unprofessional behavior.
