I had a very bad experience with this property management company. I found their communication unfriendly and at times condescending. Instead of a factual and respectful resolution, I repeatedly had the impression that they were using pressure tactics. In my view, issues were not resolved constructively, but rather made more difficult. Overall, their interactions felt unprofessional and stressful. I therefore cannot recommend this management company.

In the few interactions I've had with the management, I've had positive experiences. I reported any deficiencies immediately upon moving in, both for completeness and as proof for my future move-out. Within two weeks, repairs were even carried out without me having to ask. However, I can only speak for my own experience.
