Even though the post office is small, it's very convenient that there is one in Zollikerberg. The staff at the counter are very efficient and friendly.

Very friendly service. It's a shame you had to replace the old post office; such a confined space is rather inconvenient for both employees and customers. The staff are clearly doing their best to meet this challenge.

Absolutely unfriendly and rude!! If I could give zero stars, I would. The boss is incompetent, incredibly unfriendly, and rude; she doesn't know how to deal with customers. She attacks people when they ask questions and is aggressive. Simply pathetic!
