I have repeatedly experienced very unfriendly and unhelpful service from a particular employee in the store. At the checkout, she often seems distracted and works mechanically without paying attention to the customers' needs. The checkout process is rushed, even when several people are still packing groceries. Her handling of the merchandise appears careless and hurried. When I have questions in the store, the same employee repeatedly responds curtly and unmotivated. A friendly greeting or a helpful tone is almost always absent. Overall, this creates the impression that service and customer interaction are practically nonexistent, making every shopping experience unpleasant.
