Faton and Celine are very professional, and a delight to work with. They were always willing to have calls, message when they were free and did they best to be as timely as possible. Opening the account did take longer than I would have liked, yet I can imagine there is a lot of processing and checks and balances of Swiss Banks so I would say to just be patient with the process and trust Faton and Celine.
My communication with the service provider took place through the company’s representative.We had an e-mail correspondence regarding possible cooperation. My last e-mail was not answered, where I asked if the answers to the questions had been received; after that, I received a phone call, during which I was clearly informed that the service provider could not help me, cooperation was not possible and the invoice issued would be cancelled. The service was not provided to me. After the above conversation, I have not received any notification, reminder or warning about the possible existence of a debt or delay in the invoice for more than 12 months, my bill has been sent to debt collection. Although this company itself said that unfortunately they would not be able to help me and cooperation was not possible, so you understand the work was not started. When I received the news about debt collection, I was shocked, most likely the invoice was not canceled by mistake, but the communication from this company is beyond any criticism. Complete silence for 12 months.Involving debt collectors, not resolving the situation obout invoice that need to be canceled. Now I have to waste time solving these problems that shouldn't exist at all.
