Zehnplus was commissioned to upgrade our website from Drupal 6 to Drupal 8 and implement a responsive design. Graphically, we like the new website. The Zehnplus employees also demonstrate a high level of expertise. Unfortunately, we lost several, sometimes important, functionalities compared to the old website. Zehnplus would only have provided the old functionality at an additional cost. There are still some inconsistencies in the layout. On the agreed-upon go-live date, the deadline was postponed by several weeks. In conclusion: Despite the high price, Zehnplus did not deliver the work as expected. The collaboration was difficult because Zehnplus lacked open communication. Addendum: It speaks volumes that my review received such a response, while simultaneously so many excellent reviews appeared seemingly out of nowhere.
