Yesterday, I went quite unprepared to a workshop on "understanding your clients" organised by and held at Startzentrum. I had seen the company's name several times, however (because of it's generic name?) never bothered to dig into their offering. The event was compelling. Not because some cutting-edge concepts were shared, but because they each person to develop the profile of their own potential customer - something that I have set out to do several times in the past years (for other start-ups), but because other tasks seemed more important at the time, I had never taken as much time on a single profile as I did during the workshop. The process will definitely help me build a better product.
