Very bad service so far: Delivery date fixed, on the day of the delivery stayed at home to get the delivery. At 11.30 SMS , delivery not possible today. Managed to get a new delivery date upcoming Monday (contacted the shop where I ordered the item - swiss post cargo hotline seems useless in really helping out expect for the usual "will check and come back to you"). Still waiting to see if I get the delivery next Monday (again extra staying at home for the delivery). Update: Received the delivery the next working day as agreed - changed rating from one star to three stars. Still I think they should improve communication, e.g. if the initial agreed delivery date is not possible inform one or two days in advance.
Already stayed home several days for receiving a package. Delivery window from 7-17 and then halfway the day I get a message saying I have to reschedule. Can‘t reach their phone number because it hangs up after 15 minutes every time. Where is my package?
Bad experience from delivery date agreement to the delivery itself. The whole process is painful with sms, calls and follow up emails with answers in german for french swiss speakers. No one will call you back and the information received are inacurate and misleading. The agreed delivey was not respected and i had to get parcels delivered at a different address which turn into a highly time and efforts consumming experience. This division is self centered and does not try to understand their clients. Lack of dilligence and integrity. I have raised a complaint, and I guess I will have to escalate it to the Post headquater as the email replies im given are far from satisfactory. In a nutshell... to avoid.
Rarely put bad review but this is the worst service ever, avoid them at all costs. Unprofessional. Delivery was delayed several days, and the person scheduled the wrong delivery day. When you complain to tell them you’re not happy with the service they just hang up the phone or forward you to a never ending waiting line. Never seen such a bad service!
Incompetent staff. Select date, get confirmation of another date, then within five minutes 4 days later. Zero trust. These guys are cowboys
Just because of my poor German, the lady receptionist just hanged off my phone without any notice and then unreachable anymore.
