They provided a very professional and thoughtful service which helped us find great apartment in the City of Zürich. We have heard that It is difficult to find an apartment here since the supply is very limited. We are lucky to have Fiona who accompanied us to see each apartment that we came across or she found by using their tool (very helpful). We are in close contact when there was a new released apartment in the market. Fiona represented us to book a tour, communicate with the other party, explain the layout, prepare all the documents, walking us through before moving in, etc. Overall, I think we may not have this ideal apartment without her help. So I highly highly recommend their service.
Excellent service! We worked with Fiona to find our apartment in Zürich. She was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to find our dream apartment very quickly. Fiona made a big effort to gather as much information as possible about the apartment and surroundings to make sure this would be a good fit for us. Fiona provided me with superb and very professional service, I found an apartment in the Zurich area thanks to her great help only 20 days I landed Zürich. Their online relocation portal is very user friendly and helpful for knowing all the steps needed to live in Swiss. All the details where took in consideration. Unfortunately, i would not give positive feedback. I had half service, i had to find my apartment by myself but i charged with full amount. On top of it ,nobody even provide me any information about where to and how to register for electricity services for example. I noticed this 2 months after i moved the apartment i found by myself.
I have moved to Switzerland at the end of June (after the boarders opened) and I have very few time to search House and take my family on boarding before the school starting in August. But Fiona, from Schweizer Relocation, has supported me in the searching of an apartment at 100% corresponding to our request. She assisted me during the first visits and she has professionally supported me during all this process and we were able to finalize everything in less then 3 weeks. I was supported professionally also for all other questions like utilities registration and also when I have started living in the new Home she has managed all the communication with the House Agency. I was fully supported in all the relocation steps and I've never felt alone. Many thanks for your support in starting my new life experience in Switzerland!
