I had a completely opposite experience compared to the reviews written here. I initially had trouble placing an order, which turned out to be an issue with my bank. I called HP customer service several times, and they answered immediately and were very helpful and professional. My order arrived via DHL a day earlier than expected, and so far everything has been excellent. I hope people with positive experiences will share their stories too, because it’s not all bad
Be very carful when buying a HP printer. They hardly work when you need to take them along on project. I have now spend hours to reset and talking to helplines. Still no luck. I would gladly get my money back an return this useless product.
I had problems with my laptop during my studies. [insert electronics retailer] sent the laptop to HP for repair under warranty. After 6 weeks, the laptop came back. The CPU was replaced in the hope that the problem would magically disappear. (The problem was not at all CPU related). So I had to send the laptop to HP repair again via [insert electronics retailer]. Waited another 6 weeks. When I then contacted [insert electronics retailer], I was told that HP does not respond to any requests. [insert electronics retailer] then had the decency to refund the laptop. My parents naively bought an HP printer. This thing needs more care than any toddler. Constant error messages, you HAVE to use the HP "smart" software (which regularly logs you out again after ~2 weeks) and when the printer tells you that the cartridges are empty, they are still at least 1/4 full. When a cartridge is out of ink you can't scan and when the RGB cartridge is empty you can't print black and white. On top of that, you have to sell about one or two organs for a single printer cartridge. In my opinion, a total rip-off. I believe that underneath hell there is a room for the worst of the worst people where they have to work with HP devices for the rest of eternity.
Worst customer service ever. Will never ever buy a HP printer again.
I recently moved to Switzerland and ordered my laptop for work from this place. I’m shocked at how bad the service is thinking I could rely on HP by not going to a dealer to purchase my laptop. I’m terribly wrong. They said my laptop was lost during delivery and will send a new one. It’s almost a month now and still no laptop. No reply from the post sales team and when I called the person on the line was rude and said she will check with her colleague on this matter. I’ve fully paid for my laptop and worse , I still cannot start my project. Not sure if I cancel my order will I even receive my money back after reading other reviews. I’m left stranded. This store feels like a scam. Utterly disgusting.
Absolute useless as private user. It seems that private customer are welcome to buy, but that's it.
