Even though my visit took place during the morning rush, when the lounge was quite busy, the overall experience at the Swiss Business Class Lounge at Gates A was extremely positive. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience. The fact that you can choose how you want your breakfast prepared and served adds a sense of personal care and customization that is rarely found in airport lounges, especially during peak hours. The quality was excellent and the selection very well thought out. The selection of drinks and juices was also outstanding, easily meeting a wide range of preferences. Despite the high number of guests, what truly impressed me was the level of quietness. The lounge remained calm and peaceful, which makes a huge difference before a flight. The absolute standout feature, however, is the Quiet Lounge, located one level above. There, the silence is truly remarkable — an ideal space to relax, unwind, or simply disconnect completely before traveling. Special mention must be made of the staff. Everyone working in the lounge was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional, genuinely contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Their level of service deserves sincere congratulations. In conclusion, I would absolutely fly with Swiss again, and I would be more than happy to choose a transit via Zurich specifically to enjoy the Swiss Business Class Lounges. A lounge that perfectly combines quality, tranquility, and outstanding service — exactly what premium travel should feel like. Thank you very much.

I LOVE the food in this lounge! Came here 3 times this year. They use fresh and premium quality ingredients, cook meticulously in small batches which you can see from the open concept kitchen, and the cooking is simply delicious and so wholesome. I have never seen one other business class lounge that buys and opens up an entire wheel of parmigiano reggiano for its buffet. The wine selection is also absolutely delicious. This lounge definitely splurges on their grocery bill to feed guests. The food, staff, environment, ambiance here is phenomenal!

Lounge access with stairs? I am asking this not because I focus on luxury and comfortable, let me be clear. I wish you may re-consider your design by focusing on how elderly people, passengers who needed special assistance, as well as passengers with luggages would be affected by this “not-that-wise” design. How to cope with an elderly society would not be beyond your ability of thinking. Food selections are plenty. Choice of beverages also satisfied. The lounge may be overcrowded due to its size. I think SWISS should have done better.

I honestly can’t understand the many bad reviews floating around about this place — though in fairness, my visit was brief and probably under ideal conditions. Thursday afternoon, short layover, not very crowded, and only 45 minutes to kill. Under those circumstances, it was a perfectly pleasant stop. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, the food is freshly prepared right in front of you, and the beverage selection is solid. We only had bread and hummus for a quick bite, but both were excellent — the kind of simple, well-made food that makes you wish you had time (and stomach space) for the cooked meals too. The restrooms were clean and clearly well looked after, which shouldn’t be a luxury but often is. The only real downside? No elevator — at least not one I could find. A curious design choice for an airport lounge, considering that carry-on luggage tends to have wheels for a reason. Four stars, and I’d be happy to give it another go with a longer layover — preferably with time to investigate those hot dishes.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at the SWISS Business Lounge A at Zurich Airport. For a hub airport and a self-proclaimed "premium carrier" of the Lufthansa Group, this was nothing short of a disgrace. The conditions inside were utterly ridiculous: • Unbearable Heat: The temperature inside was an absurd 38°C. It wasn't a lounge; it was a sauna. Passengers were visibly sweating through their clothes, making it impossible to relax or work. • Way Over Capacity: The lounge was so packed that finding a seat was a lost cause. I literally had to sit on the stairs to eat my meal. In what world is this considered a "business class" experience? • Shortest Visit Ever: I had a 3-hour connection and I fled after 25 minutes. It was so uncomfortable and suffocating that I preferred the public terminal over the "exclusive" lounge. The food was actually delicious and staff were gracious and professional, which makes the situation even more of a shame. You have a great product being ruined by a total lack of climate control and crowd management. If this is how SWISS treats its premium passengers at its own hub, I’ll be looking at other airlines for my next connection.

People who gives bad reviews to this lounge haven't travel much the world. Plenty of space, plenty of food and drinks option, at least on Saturday morning. Toilet and overall lounge is clean and nice
