Due to a death in my immediate family, I unfortunately cannot keep the scheduled appointment. What bothers me is not so much the situation itself, but the way it's being handled. I was informed that rescheduling is only possible in cases of illness, not in the event of a death. They also mentioned that they have enough customers. This is a business policy I simply cannot understand. Especially in business, flexibility and sound judgment are essential. Customers think long-term, not just in terms of individual tickets or appointments. Anyone who shows no flexibility here risks losing precisely these long-term customers. For me, this attitude is incomprehensible.
