1) We had relocation with that company one week ago - everything went well and even final price was lower then estimated. Really recommend this service. 2) Yesterday they cleaned up our old apartment and today we had with them hand over to our previous land lord. Person who came with us, fixed everything quickly (small issues but apartment owner is very strict), he made very positive atmosphere on handover and he helped us a lot - many times he explained to apartment owner that something is not our fault but just normal usage. This guy did amazing work for us. I VERY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!!
Mr. Göretas and his crew go above and beyond so that you feel taken care of during the move. Our move was more than timely - the crew even came a bit before the time. If something was not packed properly, they offered help. We experienced no damage during the move. Mr. Göretas answers every question and concern patiently, he is understanding about the constant struggle of landlords and the tenants, and he makes sure that you will not rip your hair out during the apartment handover. Fantastic service, I can only recommend.
Very professional moving company. They helped us packing, moving and cleaning. Everything was done very well and efficient! We are also thankful to the owner of the company who went to analyse our new home to make sure our heavy furniture would fit in the staircase.
We hired this transport company for our apartment move and are completely satisfied! From the first contact to the last box, everything was organized with absolute professionalism. The team was punctual, friendly, and very careful in handling our furniture and boxes. We were particularly impressed by how efficiently and seamlessly the employees worked – despite narrow stairs and heavy furniture, everything remained undamaged. Even spontaneous additional requests were handled without any problems. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company and would move with them again anytime. A big thank you to the entire team for the great work!
I hired Suisse Transporte & Reinigungen GmbH for my entire move and I'm absolutely thrilled. The team handled the following services: • Moving & Transport: The staff were punctual, extremely careful with my furniture, and very efficient. Nothing was damaged, and everything arrived safely at its destination. • Cleaning: The final cleaning (including a guarantee of acceptance) was impeccable. The apartment was sparkling, and thanks to their professional work, the handover was completely stress-free. • Storage: The temporary storage of my furniture was also straightforward, secure, and organized at fair rates. Conclusion: A well-coordinated, friendly, and highly professional team. If you're looking for a reliable company for moving, cleaning, or storage, this is the right choice. Thank you so much for the fantastic support!
Unfortunately, the initial good impression quickly deteriorated. A few weeks before the moving date, a sales consultant came by. We looked at everything so he could calculate a realistic timeframe and cost ceiling (approximately €1,800 for a 3.5-room apartment plus basement, no elevator). We planned to start at 8:00 a.m., load everything up, have lunch at the old apartment, unload the washing machine at the recycling center, and then drive to the new apartment. On moving day, it started well; everything was unpacked. Unfortunately, wall plugs were left in the wall, and there were a few dents, as other people have already mentioned in the comments. Then, around lunchtime, I was asked to get into the moving truck because we were driving to the recycling center. I assumed we were going back to the old apartment, so I didn't take my wallet and jacket with me. After the recycling center, however, they simply drove on. I said that I didn't have anything with me, but this was ignored because there wasn't time (there was also no time for lunch). My girlfriend was supposed to drive later and bring my wallet. The journey took her 1.5 hours, and she was busy cleaning the scratches on the walls left by the movers. So she dropped everything to catch up with us. I felt sorry for the movers, so I ordered pizza for everyone (I paid). At the new place, they unloaded, and there were already more scratches on the walls and furniture. Finally, completely exhausted from the whole day and the back and forth, they explained that they had needed more time than expected due to traffic, which meant they couldn't stay within the budget, and it would now cost 2,400 francs. I didn't have that much money with me. I was devastated. So I just gave them what I had (2,100 francs). In the end, everything got moved from A to B, but it wasn't handled very carefully, and it ended up costing 300 francs more (plus 100 francs for pizza) for something that the budget should have prevented.
