Just back from a bad phone call with Adobe (the lady just hung up). Adobe's service can be so lousy because there's no competition. Adobe can do whatever they want – extorting money (if you don't pay monthly, you might as well throw your work that is stored on those files in the trash, because you cannot open it without paying ransom. This is capitalism at its worst. Alternative software cannot arrive soon enough. I have to push one star, in order to post this, but they should get 5 stars in the negative.
Worst support ever, wouldn't even call it support. Choose another product
They don't even answer the phone. I'm calling mid-afternoon...."Abobe Schweiz is unavailable. Please record your message after the tone" FFS!!!!
Great company, great products. And I am not talking about Flash.

Never again Adobe! Paid, no access. No usable support. I never thought a corporation like Adobe would treat paying customers like this. Instead of solutions, there are excuses. Instead of reactivation, there's stagnation. Absolutely disappointing and frustrating. As a customer, I feel completely abandoned.
