We had an amazing stay at Belmont apartment No 7 in Wengen . Operated by Alpine holiday Services, it was our second time staying there. From start to finish everything worked perfectly. We are an elderly couple , & the situation of the apartment was ideal, near train station, shops, bakery & coffee shops. The gondola was just outside the door. The apartment itself had all we needed, excellent shower, after a days hiking, comfortable bed, comfortable living area with balcony & very good cooking facilities , even though we ate out most of the time. I would highly recommend Alpine holiday services.
Chalet Iris @Wengen.. On finding this apartment online, I knew instantly this is the view we wanted to soak in. After contacting Alpine Holiday Services to book this stay, to them answering queries, providing details and then offering us a late check-out made the entire experience so very pleasant. The apartment itself is well furnished, clean, comfortable and with the most stunning mountain and valley views. (We just hope the trees seen right in front don’t grow much taller to block the valley views completely). All the amenities were just as described and the laundry room being inside the apartment is a big bonus! The complimentary shuttle at check-in and check-out makes the stay so much more convenient, and we really appreciate that in a place like Wengen with very steep slopes to and from the Wengen Station. We have had a lovely stay here and returned with sweet memories. Our family is hoping we can stay here again sometime soon in the future!
Alpine Holiday Services have a huge range of properties to suit everyone. We stayed at the Am Archer Penthouse which is a stunning apartment with every home comfort you could imagine and more. The customer care from Rachel and her team is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We have been visiting Wengen now for many years and have stayed at a number of different apartments managed by Rachel, some more than once, all of which I would recommend. It is a beautiful place to visit anytime of the year, lots of walks for every ability or places to sit to just take in the breath taking scenery.
I just got back after a 10 night stay in Chalet Millennium which I booked through Alpine Holiday Services. The booking process was seamless. The chalet was very clean and cozy. It was perfect for my group of six friends. Everything we needed was available in the chalet. The front office staff were so friendly and had a smile on their faces all the time. Thank you Rachel, Mandi and Julian. You are doing a wonderful job and deserve a pat on your backs. You made our stay very pleasant and memorable. Whenever I had a query I just sent a WhatsApp message and got a response in less than ten minutes. This is a wonderful way of communicating with all guests. We were fortunate to book our stay with Alpine Holidays Services for our recent trip to Wengen. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. Even before our arrival, the team kept us well informed, and when we showed up earlier than expected, we were warmly greeted by the lovely staff who personally escorted us to our chalet. The apartment itself was a charming, quintessential Wengen chalet full of character, truly the perfect home for our week. It made our entire stay in Wengen unforgettable. We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely book with Alpine Holidays Services again when we return!
Our family had an amazing vacation in Wengen made especially special staying at this beautiful property. The condo was close to the train station, an easy walk and absolutely stunning. The views were amazing it was hard not to just sit on the deck and relax the whole time. The crew at Alpine services were so helpful. And their office is conveniently located next to the train station. They picked us and our bags up and shuttled us to the condo. This was such a blessing not to have to carry our bags. They also shuttled us back at the end of our trip. Can’t say enough. Was a truly beautiful spot.
