Visited this spot in Wengen. We didn’t ski, but the kids loved sledding. Snow falling while we were there made it extra special.
On my way from Jungfrau to Lauterbrunnen, I made a stop here. It's a lovely little village, and I recommend taking a walk to see the stunning landscapes and incredible views of the Lauterbrunnen valley. It's worth the visit!
The woman in this official tourist information centre appears extremely rude and racist. When me and my 13 year old daughter asked for table tennis rackets to play in next to office set up of table tennis board, the lady arrogantly and unnecessarily told us, "Take these but you NEED to return, don't take them away!" Now, why would a tourist who would afford to visit Switzerland would steal a table tennis racket! We ignored the subtle racists hint and went out to play. It was a lovely atmosphere. We loved that setting. When me and my daughter along with my spouse went inside the office to return table tennis rackets, someone was standing next to the window so we stood behind at distance. The same woman suddenly stopped conversation with the person standing next to her across the window and almost scolded us to return the rackets. Her entire conversational tone was extremely rude! Clearly she was in great pains to converse with Indian tourists like us! Later, she also told us after inquiring rates of gondola ride,"We don't want ordinary tourists, we want rich one" And this happened at tourist information center! Swiss tourism department needs to take some stern action against the staff. I have travelled across many cities and many countries and never ever this thing has happened at any official tourist enquiry sections!

Great place! It's very quiete on 5pm onwards. But it's beautiful.
