We switched our car insurance to Allianz – same coverage, but significantly cheaper. Shortly after, we had a minor accident and, out of habit, called our old insurance company, where we still had our personal liability insurance. They agreed to cover the towing. After the entire claim was settled, the old insurance company demanded reimbursement. Although things were still a bit chaotic with the old insurance company, Ms. Feuz reacted immediately and arranged for Allianz to cover half of the towing costs without any hassle, even though I hadn't reported the accident. That's not something you can take for granted, and I'm truly grateful. I'd especially like to highlight the consultation: Ms. Feuz works for Allianz and advised us not only on the switch but also on other policies. She explains the insurance jargon so clearly that even I understand it 😅 She anticipates your needs, asks questions, clarifies things in no time, and responds seemingly faster than I can even formulate my question. I greatly appreciate her dedication, reliability, humanity, and cheerful nature. I felt very comfortable and understood. She answered my questions with great empathy. For me, it was an absolutely positive experience—highly recommended.
