Oh, y escuché que si pierdes tu multa, te cobrarán 50 CHF a pesar de tener el sistema de monitoreo y todos los datos de estacionamiento disponibles en su sistema. Hoy en día suena a fraude.

Una empresa desastrosa. Tecnología y software antiguos, complicados de usar, soporte poco profesional e incompetente. El propio director general no se interesa por los clientes y no responde. Cada solicitud de soporte debe pagarse, incluso aunque exista un contrato de servicio. Esperamos varios días para obtener una respuesta y no pudimos atender a los clientes, no pudimos renovar las suscripciones, etc. Solicitar informes consumía mucho tiempo y era ineficaz. Ahora tenemos un sistema de acceso diferente y estamos contentos. Todavía estamos esperando un reembolso por el contrato de servicio que ya pagamos. Skidata nos dijo que pueden ser serviciales en este sentido... Tengo curiosidad.

I'm disputing an incorrect invoice. The responsible person isn't on-site. As instructed, I sent an email. The email address was incorrect. Next attempt, contact the service center, and ask them to please forward my email to the person in question. They took the time to write that they wouldn't forward it and where I could go. In that time, the nice person could have sent the email to the responsible person... Well, Skidata... The technicians are good.

We couldn't pay for our parking ticket at the MadiaMarkt Dietikon at the machine until it was blocked. After calling the machine eight times, we finally got a support call. We were told to just drive to the barrier, press the help button there again, and then the machine would let us through. However, the help button didn't work at any barrier or other machine. We finally drove through with the ticket from the person behind us (who had already had to wait 10 minutes). Technically, it was absolute garbage; we couldn't even reach the support person!

In Baden, at the Trafo parking garage, I couldn't pay with Mastercard – even though the sign said it could. When I called, I was told it wasn't their problem, that I should use another machine or get some cash, and then they hung up immediately. I've never been treated so rudely!
