Tiempos de espera increíblemente largos. Siento que no tienen suficiente personal o están abrumados. ¡Extraño mi vieja bicicleta extra! Confío en mi bicicleta y nunca me había pasado algo así. También traje mi bicicleta después de un accidente y ni siquiera me preguntaron si podían arreglar la luz rota, lo cual me parece una pena.
Un equipo súper amable y competente. Recibimos buenos consejos y estamos encantados con nuestras nuevas bicicletas eléctricas. Siempre nos sentimos bienvenidos.
