Recientemente tuve el placer de utilizar el servicio de atención al cliente de Interdiscount en Altdorf y estoy muy satisfecho. El Sr. Koch me devolvió el billete defectuoso sin ningún problema y fue excepcionalmente amable y cortés. Su actitud profesional y servicial hizo que todo el proceso fuera agradable y sencillo. La tienda en sí es luminosa, está claramente distribuida y es de muy fácil acceso gracias a su proximidad a un gran aparcamiento, lo que facilita aún más las compras. Don't buy Apple products here! Warranty claims are not honored. Interdiscount handles warranty claims through the discount retailer Recommerce in Zug, and they reject almost everything. At Apple, a swollen battery in a one-year-old iPhone 14 Pro Max would immediately lead to a replacement. Recommerce/Coop, however, rejects claims on the grounds that the device is "no longer waterproof"—obviously, a swollen phone isn't waterproof. It's a similar story with the Apple AirPods Max: It's known that there was a batch with faulty Bluetooth units that could no longer connect. Take a look at the Apple forums—numerous users report the exact same problems with their AirPods Max headphones! Yet Recommerce/Coop rejected the warranty claim because the earbuds had a few scratches!!! BUY DIRECTLY FROM APPLE AND GET A FAIR GUARANTEE! The same likely applies to all branded products. Such business practices quickly lose customers and drive them to online services. Such methods cannot be successfully maintained in the long run...
