Unfortunately, I can't speak for the services themselves, but I can for the support. I had to transfer a domain for a client, and Mr. Lang helped me over the phone. I'm deducting one star for the cumbersome cancellation process via letter/scan and then having to obtain the authorization information... Edit 2: Changes to the domain name (NS) haven't been applied even after a weekend. The control panel shows it as successful, but nothing changes...
