Regarding the catering service (food delivery for an event), it's abysmal. While attending a course with about 40 participants, the catering service provided us with lunch and dinner. Every day, the food was either completely oversalted or almost tasteless. The chicken required about 2 liters of water to eat. The dining room at the Brücke restaurant in Aarberg was designed for about 20 people, meaning there was far too little space for a comfortable meal. The staff who served us food couldn't speak a word of German or a lick of English.
