Esta empresa obtuvo mis datos por razones completamente inexplicables y normalmente envía una gran cantidad de correos electrónicos no deseados, ¡pero esta mañana incluso recibí una carta por correo! Si no quiere que su empresa se vea inundada de críticas negativas, ¡definitivamente evite esta empresa de marketing!
Envía correos electrónicos no deseados y almacena y procesa ilegalmente datos personales en sus bases de datos: "Estimado destinatario de correo electrónico, Ha recibido este correo electrónico porque está registrado en la base de datos de direcciones de KünzlerBachmann Directmarketing SIG AG." Esto es completamente antiético. Ni me registré para esto ni di mi consentimiento para el procesamiento o almacenamiento de mis datos. E incluso una solicitud para eliminar los datos queda sin respuesta. Cuidado: ¡¡¡Esta organización es absolutamente poco ética!!!

They have worked extremely hard on transparency and data protection in recent years and are now by far the most reputable. I've done some research over the last four years, and in 95% of cases, I received absolutely conclusive and logical answers. I attribute the remaining 5% to the time factor (going back up to 20 years), human error, and the fact that documentation isn't always 100% complete. "KEY FINDING / STATEMENT" A reputable email marketing email always includes at least an unsubscribe link/option that the recipient can and should use. Reputable companies will respect this within a maximum of three business days and will never share this information.
Sends unauthorized email advertising with stolen data, doesn't respond to emails, very dubious, and definitely not recommended. - Addendum to the reply: Your emails remained unanswered, and your advertising partner also didn't respond. Your wish was to have the email advertising investigated by a court.
