Servicio de calidad, rápido y buen precio. Su equipo directivo está abierto a negociar no sólo el precio, sino también el número de personas y camiones utilizados. Tuvimos un equipo de tres personas (Alex, Seidi y Lucas) que nos ayudaron con la mudanza e hicieron un gran trabajo protegiendo los muebles con mantas y papel de aluminio. Otro gran beneficio para nosotros fue que pudimos viajar con ellos en los camiones, lo que nos ahorró mucho tiempo. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que sus ofertas no incluyen impuestos. Deja mal sabor si lo echas de menos, pero al final es poquísima cantidad más.

Excellent service. We had a meeting a couple of weeks before the move so as to have an estimate of number of boxes that we would need, number of hours for the whole move and price. The estimation was very accurate and the price fair (not the cheapest offer we had, but the most reliable in terms of number of movers and their experience). We were really satisfied. And we have recommended this company to some acquaintances that have recently moved too and they were very happy too. We also requested the final cleaning of the old apartment and it went very well too.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the packaging of the furniture and paintings, to the moving of all the furniture. They damaged the ceiling in one of our rooms and did not even tell us! We had to tell them because they were running away. Not to mention that to fix this issue they sent a painter, which never arrived. I had to book 3 appointments to have the ceiling repainted, and obviously it is not at all as it was before the move. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. They do not care about the client, all they want is the money. They constantly only wanted to be paid and in a short time frame or they will bill you extra costs. In one word: AVOID
