Trajo a un grupo de estudiantes y profesores al hotel y quedaron muy contentos con las habitaciones, la comida y el servicio. Las vistas eran espectaculares. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y muy bien decoradas con mucho espacio para moverse. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel como grupo y, nuevamente, todo fue hecho profesionalmente y muy sabroso.
¡Maravillosa experiencia! Definitivamente lo recomiendo. El personal fue increíblemente amable, especialmente el gerente general Manikandan, y la selección de delicias fue fantástica. El pastel de chocolate es absolutamente imprescindible. Además, ver el Eiger, el Mönch y el Jungfrau mientras comes es mágico. Nos encanta que Carbon Mountain Cafe también ofrezca comida para llevar. Definitivamente regresaré
Beatenberg Resort & Spa ofrece exactamente lo que necesito para mis vacaciones: una habitación cómoda y bien equipada, un desayuno con una amplia variedad y unas vistas extremadamente hermosas. Tardamos 20 minutos en autobús desde la estación de Interlaken West hasta el hotel, y la estación de autobuses está justo enfrente del hotel.
Our stay at Beatenberg Resort and Spa was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations. The resort offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and a peaceful mountain ambience, making it an ideal destination for relaxation as well as business stays. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was calm, refreshing, and rejuvenating. The facilities at the resort are exceptional. Carbon Mountain Café deserves special appreciation for its delicious food, great variety, and warm ambience, making every meal a delightful experience. The spa, sauna, and steam facilities were extremely relaxing and added great value to our stay. The well-equipped gym, billiards area, and recreational spaces provided plenty of options to unwind and stay active. The conference room was professionally maintained, making it ideal for meetings, events, and corporate gatherings. A special mention goes to Mr. Manikandan, the General Manager, who is an exceptional leader and a genuinely wonderful person. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction are evident in every aspect of the resort’s operations. He ensures that guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for, which sets Beatenberg Resort and Spa apart. We highly recommend Beatenberg Resort and Spa for family vacations, corporate retreats, wellness getaways, and leisure stays. It is a top-class resort offering excellent hospitality, premium amenities, and outstanding management. We look forward to visiting again.
I stayed at Beatenberg Resort & Spa with my daughter’s to celebrate her 16th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was spotless and comfortable, and the view from the garden overlooking the mountains and lake was absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely return on our next visit to Switzerland.
Perfect base for exploring the Bernese Oberland! We wanted a resort near Interlaken but away from the tourist crowds, and Beatenberg was the perfect choice. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet you can get down to the lakes or Interlaken quickly. The location is stunning, sitting right above Lake Thun. We did some great hikes directly from the hotel. The staff was super helpful with local tips and the shuttle service is a nice bonus. A true 4-star experience with authentic Swiss hospitality."
