Me quedé impresionado por lo bueno que fue el servicio brindado por Carrosserie G.Birolini. Fui asistida tanto por Frau Iris como por Frau Loris. Realmente, desde la comunicación durante todo el proceso, hasta recoger el auto en casa y entregarlo después de solo 4 días, incluso después de arreglar un daño más que el reclamo inicial, hasta la limpieza y el trabajo adicional que hicieron en el auto sin cargo. Gracias a su increíble servicio, me he convertido en cliente y siempre pediré que reparen mi coche en su taller.
Experiencia increíble. Nunca había visto tanta orientación al detalle y atención al cliente en un taller de asistencia. Lo recomiendo 100%, realmente se preocupan por la satisfacción del cliente. I am so happy that I chose your garage! You not only were extremely punctual and did a clean job with my car, you also fixed so many other things that I didn't even ask for. I've been thinking of getting the rims repaired for sometime, and you took care of them for me free of charge without me even asking! You went ahead and fixed another bump unrelated to the original accident case, again free of charge. Besides you offer a door-step pick up and drop for the repairs, bringing a substitute vehicle to my feet, something I found to be a great hassle when I had my car repaired in other garages before. Your staff who I interacted with during the car handover were extremely friendly and accommodating. The car came back as new, including an inside-out clean, and the tires washed and shined. I am beyond satisfied with your services, and so happy to have discovered your business!"
