Hello, I bought a device on Saturday. However, once home, I discovered it wasn't working. On Monday morning, I returned it, hoping for an exchange since I had only bought it on Saturday. The sales assistant and the apprentice told me, however, that an exchange wasn't possible. I didn't quite understand this, as I had only owned the device for a weekend, not a year. After much back and forth, a sales assistant finally came over – I don't know his name, unfortunately, but I heard he was called "Peter." Peter exchanged the device for me without any discussion. I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for that. I will continue to shop at this branch because Peter was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks again to Peter! It would be beneficial, however, if the entire team were uniformly informed in such situations – especially regarding exchanges or warranty claims. Consistent statements would prevent misunderstandings, so that one person doesn't say "yes" and another "no."
Last Thursday I bought a washing machine and paid for it in full. I was assured that the appliance could be picked up at a branch of my choice. A week has passed – and I still don't have the washing machine. Almost every day I'm given the runaround with statements like "We'll get back to you" or "The delivery is coming soon." Today I was informed that the washing machine is currently unavailable. I was also not offered a refund of the amount I've already paid. This is absolutely unacceptable for a large Swiss retailer. Very disappointing.
I got a great deal on a Coop Mobile subscription using the Swisscom network, thanks to Mr. Aytürk, highly recommended.
