Since my Schöffel winter jacket and wool coat were quite expensive, I thought I'd take them to the dry cleaners... disappointing. The ruffles in the collar of the wool coat were gone, it was full of lint, it looked awful. The jacket's stuffing was clumped together and there were areas without stuffing. I checked with two dry cleaners, and they said that shouldn't happen.
I have personally experienced their meticulous work and attention to detail, and they are very clean and reliable. Thanks to the friendly staff, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place!
