Sorry, unfortunately, no recommendation... I called in early August 2020 to ask about repairing the skylight in the kitchen. They promised to get back to me, although "not this week." I haven't heard anything to date (October 14, 2020). Okay, not exactly a large order, but at least a response would have been appropriate. The light has since been repaired by a company in Bern, and within a week.
