Nuestro anfitrión Sven hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que estuviéramos felices y cómodos. Nos alojamos en la yurta por la noche y nos gustaría volver y quedarnos en la suite iglú con jacuzzi la próxima vez. Está en un valle con fantásticas vistas a la montaña y un fantástico y hospitalario restaurante al lado, así como un teleférico Lyft desde la base de la pequeña montaña.

Fantástica idea: ¡un jacuzzi bajo las estrellas! Había comida deliciosa disponible en recipientes aislados. Todo estaba limpio y se proporcionaron mantas adicionales en caso de una ola de frío repentina. En una cabaña de al lado había una pequeña cocina para autoservicio. Lo único es que dos gigantes no deberían compartir la cama. El tiempo que pasamos bajo el cielo abierto fue increíblemente hermoso... Tantas estrellas, incluso la Vía Láctea. Ideal tanto para caminatas cortas como largas. Niebla en el valle, cascada en la montaña de enfrente: una vista impresionante. ¡Me encantaría volver!

La suite burbuja estaba sucia y sucia. También estaba situado justo al lado de una ruta de senderismo, desde donde se podía ver directamente la burbuja. Absolutamente ninguna privacidad. Además, no tenía el bonito piso de madera alrededor de la bañera de hidromasaje que aparecía en el sitio web. Las imágenes del sitio web no reflejan la realidad. También hay bancos públicos justo enfrente de la burbuja. Básicamente estás viviendo en un agujero asqueroso. La alfombra estaba extremadamente sucia y manchada. Muy mal mantenido. Cuando nos quejamos, sólo nos ofrecieron un bono, ya que los operadores estaban al tanto de la situación. Al parecer, ya había habido varias denuncias. El bono ya no se puede canjear porque esta burbuja ya no existe. En general, no está bien ofrecer un bono, ya que hay pocas posibilidades de utilizarlo ya que las burbujas siempre están llenas. Por la presente exigimos un reembolso completo.

Sleeping under the stars?! That's what the website promises. But the leaky plexiglass sphere is covered with a dirty tarpaulin, so you can't see the stars. The area around the bubble is filthy, as no one has taken care of it for a long time. This is evidenced by the overflowing mailbox with tourist tax bills. The path to the portable toilet below is slippery and dangerous at night, even with a flashlight. At check-out, there's a long list of instructions on what you have to take care of yourself so that the owner doesn't have to lift a finger. And for this poor service, you pay as if you were staying in a 4-star hotel. Once bitten, twice shy.

We spent one night in the Bubbles Suite with a hot tub. It was well-organized and described. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck of having about 20 cows with cowbells grazing directly below the terrace the entire time. A cozy dinner, a dip in the hot tub, relaxation, and sleep were out of the question. However, Sven and his team responded very openly and quickly to our feedback about mentioning this possibility in the fact sheet and adding earplugs to the packing list. We ultimately decided against the booked breakfast due to the hours of noise and continued our hike up to Gumen. The view and the weather were pure joy. We finally caught up on some sleep on the way home. ;-) While escaping the city noise didn't quite work out, the idea of the adventure was great. And dinner at the Chämistube was delicious. Looking for a tree tent? You can rent one at this location. It's a great idea, but only possible in warm weather. It's not open to the public; you have to book the location in advance. There's plenty of space for adults and children.
