Gran experiencia con este servicio. Durante el paseo en bicicleta perdí una parte importante sin la cual era imposible continuar. Como no tenían uno adecuado, me sugirió de buena gana que me hiciera el tornillo mientras esperaba. muchas gracias

If I could give it a 6 or higher, I definitely would. Excellent service. Because the workshop was busy, the owner gave me a filler kit so I could top up my Magura brake system with oil myself. I'd done this before, so I had absolutely no problems. Top-notch service from a very helpful owner.
I spontaneously stopped by the bike shop today because my son's bike had a problem with the rear derailleur. We received immediate, comprehensive, and extremely friendly service. It's a shame that bike shops like this are under so much pressure. I hope this shop in Brienz can continue to serve many more customers.
