Tuvimos una de las experiencias de estadía más placenteras en esta joya de hotel histórico. El personal fue atento, presente, benevolente, cariñoso, todo fue relajante. El menú de 4 platos del Parkrestaurant estaba delicioso, cenamos dos veces. Sentimos que había una mentalidad general de hacer que todos se sintieran cómodos... por supuesto, todo esto tiene un costo, pero estábamos felices de contribuir al mantenimiento de uno de los lugares más bellos de Suiza. Toda nuestra gratitud va al compromiso humanista del Sr. Weber y hoy de la Sra. Weber que salvaron este lugar de la demolición y se esfuerzan por mantenerlo puro y auténtico para que todas las generaciones futuras puedan disfrutar del mágico espíritu universal de todo el lugar, el edificio en sí y las espectaculares cascadas y la naturaleza que lo rodea. Gracias por estos momentos inolvidables.
Retroceda en el tiempo al entrar al restaurante de este hotel bellamente conservado de la belle époque. Puede disfrutar de un almuerzo aquí con una vista impresionante de la cascada de Giessbach, seguido de un café en la terraza con vistas panorámicas al Brienzersee y las montañas. El menú es bastante limitado, la comida normal y cara, pero todo el entorno y el servicio amable lo convierten en una experiencia inolvidable.
Un buen restaurante donde tomar algo junto a una preciosa cascada y un precioso lago. Está cerca de Interlaken, de camino a Luzerne, y aunque la comida no es perfecta, el entorno y el entorno son simplemente impresionantes. Un lugar perfecto para detenerse durante una caminata por las montañas suizas.
I stayed at the hotel for a couple nights and had dinner here. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere in front of the waterfall. The foods were decent and service is good.
First of all this is one of the most beautiful places in Switzerland, however....the service, food selection and atmosphere has degraded to the point that at best, it is little more than an American burger joint experience masquerading as the high quality Swiss cuisine that it once was. It has all the high prices that would justify something nice, but none of the service. You can expect to seat yourself and have the dirty dishes from the prior client there in front of you for your entire meal unless you hijack a waiter that is passing by and physically put it on their tray. You have to go up and wait in line like a fast food joint and pay for the food before it is delivered. You drinks will be ready to be served and sit at the bar for 15mins, your food will be delivered uncooked and not be very good. They only have a handful of ketchup bottle and they are SHARED among clients, so when the table at the other end of the restaurant wants ketchup, the waiter will come and take your bottle away.Do not waste your money on this place. Enjoy the view, save your funds and pack a picnic!
I stayed at the hotel and ate here for dinner. The meal was delicious and the service was very attentive. It cost about 80 CHF for one person.
